Custom Cleated Conveyor Belts
Our cleated conveyor belts combine a PU or PVC base belt with transverse cleats to help carry products on inclined conveyors and maintain separation between items. Also known as flights, the cleats are positioned across the belt to suit the conveyed product and conveyor arrangement.
We supply custom belts for replacement and new equipment. Specify the endless belt circumference, belt width, base belt thickness, cleat dimensions and spacing, or send a drawing or photographs of your existing belt for assessment.
Food-grade PU options are available for suitable food-contact applications. PVC options provide an economical solution for general conveying. Material selection depends on the product being conveyed, operating temperature, cleaning conditions and required compliance documentation.
Belts can be supplied endless, with additional fabrication requirements reviewed against your conveyor design.
