PTFE Mesh Conveyor Belt
PTFE mesh belts are manufactured from high-strength fiberglass mesh coated with premium PTFE material. The open mesh structure provides excellent airflow and heat transfer efficiency, making them ideal for continuous drying, heating, cooling, and non-stick conveying processes.
Key Features
- Wide Temperature Resistance: Withstands continuous working temperatures from -70°C to +260°C, suitable for high-temperature processing environments.
- Non-Stick & Easy to Clean: PTFE coating provides excellent release properties and resistance to resins, adhesives, chemicals, and other sticky materials.
- High Airflow Design: Open mesh structure from 1×1mm to 10×10mm allows efficient air circulation and faster drying performance.
- Excellent Dimensional Stability: High tensile strength fiberglass core provides stable operation with low elongation under continuous load.
- Chemical Resistance: Resistant to most industrial chemicals, oils, and solvents.
- Custom Manufacturing Options: Available with different mesh sizes, belt widths, edge reinforcement, and joining methods according to equipment requirements.
